Veneers in Las Vegas
What Are Dental Veneers?
- Veneers Instantly Fix Multiple Cosmetic Issues
Veneers are thin shells that cover the front of your teeth to correct chips, stains, gaps, and minor misalignments. They're ideal for people looking for a fast, dramatic smile upgrade without orthodontics or surgery. - Porcelain, Composite, and Lumineers Offer Unique Benefits
Porcelain veneers are the most durable and natural-looking. Composite is more affordable and quicker to apply but doesn’t last as long. Lumineers are ultra-thin and require little to no prep, making them great for minor touch-ups and reversible results. - Your Dentist’s Skill Matters More Than the Material
Even the best materials won’t look right if poorly placed. At Vegas Smile Suite, Dr. Tozzi and Dr. Lawler design each smile to match your face shape, skin tone, and personal goals—so your veneers look natural and function flawlessly. - You’ll Know What to Expect Every Step of the Way
From digital smile previews to custom veneer placement, the process is comfortable, precise, and guided by advanced technology. Whether you need minimal prep or a full smile makeover, you’ll be involved in every design decision. - Vegas Smile Suite Specializes in Personalized Veneers in Las Vegas
Our team uses top-tier materials and advanced training to create veneers that look stunning and feel like your natural teeth. Schedule your consultation today and take the first step toward a confident, camera-ready smile.
Dental veneers are thin shells that cover the front of your teeth. Think of them as custom-made covers that fix cosmetic issues while keeping your natural teeth underneath. They’re made from porcelain or composite resin and bonded directly to your teeth.
Veneers can fix:
- Chipped or cracked teeth
- Stained teeth that won’t whiten
- Gaps between teeth
- Slightly crooked teeth
- Worn-down teeth
- Uneven tooth shapes

Types of Veneers Offered at Vegas Smile Suite
Not all veneers are the same. We offer three main types, each with different benefits and price points.
Porcelain Veneers
Porcelain veneers are the gold standard. They’re made from high-quality ceramic that looks just like natural tooth enamel. These veneers reflect light the same way real teeth do, giving you that natural sparkle.
Porcelain veneers typically last 10-15 years with proper care. They resist stains better than natural teeth, so your morning coffee won’t dull your smile. The process usually takes two visits – one for preparation and impressions, another for placement.
Composite Veneers
While we don’t offer composite veneers, we do provide composite bonding treatments that use the same tooth-colored resin material.
Composite bonding is often more affordable than porcelain veneers and can often be completed in one visit. Dr. Tozzi or Dr. Lawler applies the composite resin directly to your teeth and carefully shapes it by hand to improve your smile.
Though composite bonding typically lasts 5-7 years, it’s easier to repair than porcelain if it chips or needs touch-ups. Composite bonding is an excellent choice if you want to enhance your smile’s appearance, repair minor damage, or close small gaps without the higher cost of porcelain veneers.
Lumineers
Lumineers are ultra-thin porcelain veneers – about as thick as a contact lens. The big advantage? They often require little to no tooth preparation. That means we might not need to remove any tooth enamel before placing them.
Because they’re so thin, Lumineers work best for minor cosmetic issues. They’re reversible since we don’t alter your natural teeth much. However, they may not cover severe discoloration as well as traditional porcelain veneers.
Who Is a Candidate for Veneers?
Most people with cosmetic dental concerns make good candidates for veneers. During your consultation, we’ll check that you have:
- Healthy teeth and gums
- Enough tooth enamel for bonding
- Good oral hygiene habits
- Realistic expectations
Veneers work best for cosmetic issues. If you have severe bite problems or grind your teeth at night, we might recommend other treatments first or alongside veneers.
Benefits of Veneers for Your Smile
Veneers do more than just look good. They offer several advantages:
- Instant transformation – Unlike braces that take months or years, veneers give you a new smile in just a couple visits.
- Natural appearance – Modern veneers match your natural teeth perfectly. No one will know they’re not your real teeth.
- Stain resistance – Porcelain veneers resist coffee, wine, and other staining foods better than natural teeth.
- Minimal maintenance – Care for veneers just like regular teeth with brushing, flossing, and regular checkups.
- Confidence boost – When you love your smile, it shows. Many patients tell us veneers changed how they feel in social and professional settings.
Our Veneers Process
Getting veneers at Vegas Smile Suite is straightforward. We guide you through each step.
1: Consultation and Smile Goals
Your journey starts with a consultation. We’ll discuss what you want to change about your smile and examine your teeth. This is your chance to ask questions and learn about your options.
We’ll take photos and possibly X-rays to plan your treatment. Dr. Tozzi and Dr. Lawler will explain which type of veneers best fits your goals and budget.
2: Digital Imaging and Smile Preview
Want to see your new smile before committing? We use digital imaging to show you a preview. This technology lets us design your veneers virtually, so you know exactly what to expect.
You can request adjustments to the shape, size, or color during this phase. We want you to love your results.
3: Tooth Preparation (if needed)
For traditional porcelain veneers, we may have to remove a thin layer of enamel – about the thickness of the veneer itself. This creates space for the veneer and ensures a natural look. Minimal prep veneers require less or no enamel removal.
We’ll numb the area first, so you won’t feel discomfort. Then we take impressions of your prepared teeth to send to the dental lab.
4: Veneer Design and Placement
Your custom veneers are crafted in a dental lab. This usually takes 1-2 weeks. We’ll give you temporary veneers to wear in the meantime.
When your permanent veneers arrive, we check the fit and color. Once you’re happy with how they look, we bond them permanently to your teeth. The bonding process is quick and painless.
Veneers vs. Other Cosmetic Options
How do veneers compare to other cosmetic treatments? Let’s break it down.
Veneers vs. Dental Crowns
Dental crowns cover the entire tooth, while veneers only cover the front. Crowns need more tooth preparation but offer more strength for damaged teeth.
Choose veneers for:
- Cosmetic improvements
- Minor chips or cracks
- Healthy teeth that just need aesthetic work
Choose crowns for:
- Severely damaged teeth
- Large fillings that need replacement
- Teeth after root canals
Veneers vs. Dental Bonding
Dental bonding uses composite resin to fix minor issues. It’s less expensive than veneers but doesn’t last as long.
Bonding works for:
- Small chips
- Minor gaps
- Budget-conscious patients
Veneers are better for:
- Multiple teeth
- Major color changes
- Long-lasting results
Porcelain vs. Composite vs. Lumineers
